About
Mission Statement “To promote the growth of Lacrosse throughout the Kansas City Metro area in a safe and competitive manner with integrity.”
About LAKC Established in 2012, the Lacrosse Association of Kansas City (LAKC) is the governing body and association for boy’s lacrosse in the greater Kansas City area at the high school level (grades ninth through twelfth). LAKC is comprised of club programs from the states of Kansas and Missouri. Before LAKC was established, many current LAKC clubs competed in the Lacrosse Association of Kansas Schools (LAKS), or in the Missouri Scholastic Lacrosse Association (MSLA). LAKC provides a structured environment in which student athletes, coaches, officials, administrators and parents benefit from fair, safe and competitive opportunities to learn and play lacrosse. LAKC is recognized by US Lacrosse, the national governing body for the sport. LAKC coaches award annual All-American, Player of the Year and All-LAKC honors.
